We’re looking for a Administrative Assistant to join our Lifestyle Options team on a part-time basis. In this role, your customer-service and people-first approach will help you manage resident relationships, be the primary liaison between residents and various stakeholders, and contribute to marketing and leasing efforts to support the property.

The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Administrative Assistant to join our Lifestyle Options team on a part-time basis. In this role, your customer-service and people-first approach will help you manage resident relationships, be the primary liaison between residents and various stakeholders, and contribute to marketing and leasing efforts to support the property.
What you’ll do:
- Administer leases, review tenant billing, prepare vacancy reports and complete all required documentation as it relates to move-ins, move-outs, incident reports and more.
- Act as liaison between residents and internal stakeholders such as Finance, Maintenance and Operations.
- Perform regular inspections of suites, common areas, building interior and exterior.
- Be primary point of contact for issues related to commercial tenants. Direct inquiries, concerns and questions to appropriate parties.
- Manage tenant relations and coordinate requests for repairs, maintenance and other concerns, as needed.
- High school diploma and 2–3 years of administrative experience.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Clear criminal record check completed within three months of hire.
- Strong analytical, problemāsolving, and professional communication skills.
- Experience in property administration, property management and/or building administration preferred.
